A living heritage
Many years the private residence of the Marquis Manodori, the story of Roncolo dates back to the 17th century. Today, Relais Roncolo is the result of a long-held dream: to restore the agricultural estate, maintain its heritage and allow it to be lived in again, without altering its soul. The decision to welcome guests grew naturally from this context: not to transform the estate, but to share it.
Tenuta di Roncolo
Nestled in the foothills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine mountains, the Tenuta di Roncolo is an avant-garde agricultural estate. On its 320 acres of land, the estate produces award-winning organic wines, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Since the beginning focused on sustainable farming, the estate has been certified organic since 1994, and in 2025 became a certified B Corp.
